Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be provided if:
- The final design does not match the agreed requirements
- We fail to deliver the order
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The customer changes their mind after delivery
- The issue is due to unclear or incorrect instructions provided by the customer
Revisions First
We encourage customers to request revisions before asking for a refund.
